Beginning of Cooperation with Forguard Solution
Cargo's collaboration with GPS-Trace/Forguard began with the use of Ruhavik software, which satisfied the basic monitoring needs of individuals. The application was highly adaptable with a simple and user-friendly interface. In 2022, after launching several large projects, we faced difficulties in customer support: communication with users was not always stable, and obtaining feedback was complicated.
To solve these problems, we turned to GPS-Trace/Forguard, which offered an innovative solution for optimizing communication and customer support.
Through our partnership with Forguard, we created a unified ecosystem that combines our high-tech equipment with a convenient, intuitive application.
