Online payment links help dealers and service providers collect payments from clients without manually preparing payment details for each transaction. For GPS-Trace Console users, this process is now available through Stripe integration.
Client payments in GPS-Trace Console
GPS-Trace Console allows dealers and service providers to create Stripe payment links for their clients. The payment link can be sent to the client by email or copied and sent manually through another communication channel.
After the payment is created, the dealer or service provider can view its status in GPS-Trace Console and manage client access according to their payment rules.
How it works

Create and activate a Stripe account.
Stripe is an online payment platform that allows businesses to accept card payments and other supported payment methods, depending on the country and Stripe account settings.You can create and activate an account using the official Stripe documentation: Stripe account setup.

Connect Stripe to GPS-Trace Console.
To connect Stripe, you need a Stripe secret API key. You can find information about API keys in the Stripe documentation: Stripe API keys.The secret API key must be stored securely and must not be shared outside the configuration process.

Create a payment link for a client.
For example, if a client uses tracking services for 10 vehicles, you can create a payment for the monthly service in the Client Billing section of GPS-Trace Console. Specify the invoice name, select the client account, add the service name, enter the number of units, and set the price. -
Send the payment link to the client.
The payment link can be sent to the client's email when it is created. You can also copy the link and send it manually. -
Use the Platform API, if needed.
Payment link creation is also available through the Platform API for registered GPS-Trace Console users.
What this update gives to dealers and service providers
With Stripe integration in GPS-Trace Console, dealers and service providers can create payment links for client services, send them by email or manually, and check payment status in the same workspace where they manage client service access.
