This April brought a significant update for our admin console Partner Panel. Multiuser functionality, an onboarding guide, 6 new languages added, etc.

We are constantly thinking about new features and functionality for the business of our valued service providers and dealers of GPS monitoring software.

One of the most exciting features of this release is the Conversations in the admin console. We want to hear every request and answer as soon as possible.

So, now you can write your question:

  • Directly in Partner Panel via the Conversations and get the answer from our support team within working hours
  • in the same tab Conversations, but receive the answer there from our AI-bot even in your own language

The highlight of this feature is our AI assistant, which can answer virtually any question you have in your own language.

All our Spanish and other non-English dealer communities have breathed a sigh of relief.

1. Go to your Partner Panel account and find "Conversations" in the menu:

3. Our platform will offer you the choice to get an answer from a human within working hours or receive help from the bot immediately.

4. If you select the AI-assistant, it will help you instantly in your preferred language.

Remember that now our AI-helper doesn't have access to your specific company data, user accounts, or units in the Partner Panel. It typically helps with configuration questions like how to create or set up a unit, manage user accounts, or what to do if you can't get the activation link.
